I was asked to participate in an event to see how Thinx panties worked for me.
I’m in my late 50’s & don’t have my period anymore, but I do suffer from an Over Active Bladder. One of the symptoms of OAB is leakage.
Michelle bought me the hi-waist design. They fit well & were comfortable.
I leaked but they didn’t.
Unfortunately they did chafe my legs on both occasions that I wore them due, I believe, to them being damp on the leg cuffs. I don’t experience that with my regular knickers.
I’ve recently seen on the FAQ page of “shethinx” website that they don’t recommend Thinx for urinary incontinence or light bladder leaks, but they do manufacture a product “Icon” that are designed specifically for this purpose called “Iconundies” which I would like to try.
When I Googled iconundies.com while looking in the FAQ section I read that the material for the Thinx & Icon products are specific to their type of liquid, i.e: blood or urine.
Both Thinx & Iconundies have a 30day complimentary return process, or exchange if you’d like to try a different style.
Unfortunately I didn’t read that till I’d had my panties for over a month.
